Except for a good bus knowledge, another thing is leadership. No
matter how good knowledge is, its useless without the power to
lead. People coming up for the post know themselves best. I guess
we should support those who come forth and offer their service. Now
we are selecting mods, not spelling bees or erm, bus
dictionaries?!
